Julie Taddeo in Documentary Film 'Ground War'

Julie Taddeo has been instrumental in the passage of two important laws in Montgomery County, MD to protect children from the harmful effects of chemical pesticides. Julie and the group Safe Grow Montgomery are featured in a new documentary film Ground War about the negative impacts of chemical pesticides on human health. Julie will be one of the post-screening discussants at the US premier of the film as part of the Environmental Film Festival. Ground War is about not only the connection between chemical pesticides and human health but also considers the battle between chemical industry lobbying and citizen activism.
