Visiting Research Professor Dr. Yuka Tsuchiya, Professor of History, Ehime University, Japan, will be joined by discussant Dr. J. Samuel Walker, historian of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (retired) and UM distinguished alumni, for this lecture on President Eisenhower's Atoms for Peace Campaign in the 1950s.
