History Alum Discusses Book at WWII Museum
The National WWII Museum in New Orleans recently hosted Department of History PhD alum Allsion Finkelstein for a virtual conversation about her book, Forgotten Veterans, Invisible Memorials: How American Women Commemorated the Great War, 1917-1945 (University of Alabama Press, 2021).The Museum's moderator was their senior historian, another Department of History PhD alum, Steph Hinnershitz.
