Professor Muncy has spoken on a panel titled "The Equal Rights Amendment: Yesterday and Today" in the McGowan Theater of the National Archives in DC. The panel, which occurred on June 16, 2016, was sponsored by the National Archives in partnership with its newest exhibit, “Amending America” and the Belmont-Paul Women’s Equality National Monument.

The panel reviewed the amendment and the implications it poses in the world today as well as its strengths, weaknesses, and the possibility of its ratification.
