Judith Aaron is a Ph.D. candidate in US History with a specialization in urban history. Her dissertation focuses on the war on drugs in Baltimore, looking at the ways drug policy helped reinforce and recreate racial segregation and inequality. When Judith isn't staring at her computer, hoping to write that dissertation, she enjoys cooking, reading fiction, and playing with her three cats.
