The Middle East Graduate Field Committee invites to you an event on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 4:00pm in Taliaferro 2110.
The event will feature Professor Zachary Lockman, of New York University, who will be speaking about his new book "Field Notes: The Making of Middle East Studies in the United States." Professor Melani McAlister, of George Washington University, will also be featured as a respondent to Prof. Lockman.
To celebrate the establishment of the Graduate Field Committee in Middle East Studies, you are also invited to a reception before the talk. The reception will be held in Key 2120 at 3:00pm.
