The Sadat Book Chat will feature Shay Hazkani from the University of Maryland Department of History and Jewish Studies. His fascinating new book, Dear Palestine: A Social History of the 1948 War (Stanford University Press, 2021), will be discussed on Wednesday, September 29 at noon. This event will be hybrid, for those attending in-person the event will be held in 2113 Chincoteague Hall and boxed lunches will be served. There will also be an option of joining through Zoom.
