The Department of History and Department of Jewish Studies are co-hosting the Jesus in Film Series in conjunction with the JWST331/HIST 320 Early Christianity: Jesus to Constantine course.  The featured film for Wednesday, April 7, 2010, will be Jesus.

Jesus is based on the gospel of Luke in the New Testament, here is the life of Jesus from the miraculous virgin birth to the calling of his disciples, public miracles and ministry, ending with his death by crucifixion at the hands of the Roman empire and his resurrection on the third day.

This event is free and open to the public.
