Sophie Hess Awarded McNeil Center Fellowship

Sophie Hess (PhD student,  Advisor: Rick Bell) has been awarded a 2022-23 dissertation fellowship from the McNeil Center for Early American Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Advanced PhD students working on any project dealing with the histories and cultures of North America in the Atlantic world before 1850 are eligible to apply for the fellowships.
