Recognition for Book on Work of Contingent Faculty

 Claire Goldstene (PhD 2009 Advisor Gary Gerstle) co-edited a recent book that was named one of the "best higher education books of 2024" by Forbes. The book, co-edited with Eric Fure-Slocum, titled Contingent Faculty and the Remaking of Higher Education: A Labor History (University of Illinois Press, 2024).
