Rick Bell's paper presented at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga Symposium on the 19th Century Press, the Civil War, and Free Expression held November 11-13, 2021 has won the Award for Best Paper Presented. The paper is titled: "Making Tracks: Naming and Framing the Underground Railroad."
