Wicks-Allen Appointed Assistant Professor, Arizona State University

UMD History PhD Job Appointment

Jessica Wicks-Allen (PhD expected 2022  Advisor, Leslie Rowland) has accepted a tenure-track appointment at Arizona State University. She will be assistant professor of African American history at ASU's New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences.  Jessica has also been awarded a 2022-23 post-doc at Pennsylvania State University where she will continue her work on African-American women in the era of emancipation.
