In the podcast, Wien discusses the ideological options of interwar nationalists from the Arab world. Wien analyzes the models that have been adopted by political movements of the Arab world in their nation-state projects and their struggles with British and French colonialism. Ideologies such as fascism and communism in the Arab world and the relationship between European anti-Semitism and modern Middle East anti-Semitism are also explored.
