Join the Center for Global Migration Studies for a keynote address by journalist Todd Miller (author of Storming the Wall: Climate Change, Migration, and Homeland Security) followed by a panel of scholars and policymakers including Alice Bullard (attorney); Sarah Cameron (UMD History); Deb Niemeier (UMD, Center for Disaster Resilience); and Lauren Herzer Risi (Wilson Center).
